This position will manage a team of developers that design, develop, implement and support custom programs and interfaces for a suite of applications for production and non-production environments. This team will also be responsible for providing Tier 3 support for all applications issues escalating to the vendor as necessary to insure timely resolution.
ERP Applications – Support
This position will manage a team of analysts that provides Tier 2 and some Tier 3 support for the a suite of applications in both production and non-production environments. Additional areas of responsibility include monitoring compliance of Incident, Change and Problem Management, SLA performance and vendor relationship management.
ERP Applications – Reporting and Automation
This position will manage a team of developers that utilize the Lawson Business Intelligence suite of applications to provide the delivery of data via email alerts, interactive workflow driven dashboards, and Crystal Reports published to role-specific dashboards; develops custom code based on end-user requirements. This team will also be responsible for providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for all content related issues.
Enterprise General Applications
Enterprise General – Web Development
This position will manage team responsible for the development and coordination of Web based applications. This will include but not be limited to support application implementation and support objectives in the areas of groupware environments that efficient processes are established and practiced, and through monitoring performance standards and methodologies to ensure consistent dependable Web services.
Enterprise General – Web Applications Support
This position will manage support of Web based applications. Knowledge of web service and application environments (e.g. Tomcat, Apache, IIS 6 / 7) preferred .Knowledge of web service security capabilities preferred .Responsible for managing the support of groupware environments, responsible for managing the support of content management systems .Prefer experience with deployment and support of web portals .Prefer experience at an enterprise application level.
Enterprise General – Enterprise General Applications
This position will manage implementation and support of Enterprise applications. Demonstrated ability to manage the implementation of long-range IT plans and strategies. This will include but not be limited to responsibility for directing production support of vendor supplied application systems and for the integrity of electronic data. Technical knowledge and experience including, product/vendor analysis, process management, software development and application support training programs.
Enterprise General – Integration Development
This position will manage implementation and support Integration systems. This will include but not be limited to development of application interface architecture and interface development standards. Ensuring that efficient processes are established and practiced, and through monitoring performance standards and methodologies to ensure consistent dependable Integration services.
Enterprise General – Integration Support
This position will manage support of Integration systems. Oversees creation of interfaces utilizing reusable services as well as translate business requirements into deploy-able code. Responsible for development of reusable service objects in architecture (SFTP, ODBC, HTTP , etc.). Reviews, analyzes and provides feedback on product requirements and architectural designs. Oversees test plans and testing environment .ETL experience is preferred. Oversees departmental data analysis and trending.
