Any known local DNS issues?

Make sure blocked file extensions are not in URL pathExemption requesting access to URL with blocked extensions may be necessary. Usually blocked from proxy, firewall or ie. Exemption required to consider exceptions. 

Make sure the local workstation firewall, or HBSS is not denying access to resources.
Access denied by Website (contact web admin) to correct this.
